The elevator only reaches the 2nd floor, and accessing the 3rd floor requires climbing an additional flight of stairs, which can be inconvenient with heavy luggage.

I loved the friendly staff and how easy it was to walk to nearby landmarks like the beautiful High Castle and the picturesque Barockbasilika St Mang, both just over a kilometer away, making my city strolls so enjoyable.

We were really pleased here with the family apartment, it gave us the space we needed. Breakfast was excellent and every morning we had a lovely table waiting for us, and the kids loved the chocolate treat Easter gift, unexpected but nice touch!

Not cheap, but the quality was acceptable for what we got.

We really enjoyed our family stay here, particularly the bike hire. It was a hit with the kids as we cycled around exploring the stunning surroundings. The room was spacious enough for our family of seven, which made a huge difference.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly amenities would make the hotel even better.

I stayed in a spacious Family Apartment for 3 nights. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. The bed was super comfy. We had kids sleeping on the sofa, and they said it was fine too. The views from our balcony were stunning! Breakfast was a highlight with a rich selection of fresh, locally sourced items. Easy parking was a plus, but it was a bit of a trek to the train station with the luggage.

i really loved my stay at vital hotel wiedemann. the view from my room on the top floor was exceptional, overlooking the forest and mountains. breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the hotel is a bit of a walk from the main area, but it’s absolutely scenic and worth it!
